Musing Mommies Podcast Episode 31, October 19, 2009

Good girlfriends are the best!  They are there for you when you feel like partying, and they are there for you when you feel down in the dumps.  No matter the situation, a good girlfriend will always provide a shoulder to lean on and great conversation (and sometimes brownies!).

This past Sunday, the Musing Mommies Kim and Dawn hosted the first ever MuMo meetup at our local Starbucks.  An awesome group of listeners and girlfriends showed and we spent the evening laughing and talking, listening and learning.  On this week’s podcast, Kim and Dawn keep the conversation going with a show about…well nothing!

Last night was our first ever Musing Mommies Meetup and I have to say it was a huge success! The ladies in attendance brought their ideas and their diverse backgrounds and provided Kim and I with pages of show ideas!  The conversation was everything from silly to highly intelligent and all around awesome as we discussed topics ranging from Snugwow to scientific testing procedures.  

The awesome guys at Starbucks completed the evening with free banana nut loaf to fill our tummies and we wanted to thank them for allowing us to stay to the very end of the evening.   Next time I will bring a sweater though – I think I am still thawing out a little from the cold!

Edward certainly enjoyed the nut loaf… even though vampires don’t eat. hee hee!

Thank you so much to the fabulous ladies that came to our Musing Mommies Meetup last night!! Kim and I had so much fun talking, laughing and listening – we had an awesome group! I can’t wait to schedule the next one. Your ideas and input are so valuable to us.  We need listener feedback to keep bringing you shows you enjoy!
